Our kids love to go Mathnasium!

We recently started Mathnasium for support with grade 9 math. 2x a week has really improved my son's confidence in himself and his math abilities. He appreciates the help and enjoys learning from students a few years ahead of him.

My son had a difficult time with grade 9 Math during the pandemic closure the Spring 2020. So , I enrolled him at Mathnasium for during his grade 10 Math (Fall 2020). He said that he learns so much during his sessions, so much so that he his getting 90's in his math test and quizzes. I will definitely enroll him again for grade 11 Math.

My daughter told me last night that she puts her hand up all the time in Math class. This is the most confident she has felt in school. She is in grade 4 and has never felt confident until now.

Kate got so far ahead in math and started to really enjoy it!

I wanted to share my appreciate and recognition for the Aurora Mathnasium team after witnessing the effectiveness of the approach and team. For context, I have 2 kids (Grade 9 and Grade 6) enrolled with Dennis and his team. Prior to COVID, we leveraged the on-site program twice a week (and almost daily through the summer) with great results that ensured both kids were operating with a firm foundation of the grade-level basics AND the ability to accelerate beyond grade-level when ready. I've watched my kids develop a strong understanding of math principles that come out in daily life as well as the confidence to actively participate in math class.

During this challenging time, we've found the online program a great addition to our weekly routine and the kids are really benefiting from the 1 on 1 time with their Mathnasium tutors. I've had the chance to eavesdrop on the discussions that occur between the staff at Mathnasium and the kids and it's great to hear the level of relationship being developed as well as the math proficiency gained from the hours online together. I especially enjoy listening to the way the tutors discuss the various approaches to tackling problems and tease out interesting discussions with the kids that shows them logical approaches to solving math challenges.

Dennis & the Aurora team - many thanks for your patience, dedication and professional approach to seeding a love for math with my kids. It's a foundation for their future that will yield fruit for years to come!

My daughter started Mathnasium about a month ago. I can already see a huge difference. She is so eager to learn and most importantly she has confidence again. Denis is such an amazing man. He is great at communicating and he is ready to help out in anyway. I am so grateful. Thank you

I really like the environmwnt that is created for my daughter to excel. It has been only a few weeks but she is enjoying it so far and is very motivated. Once school starts I will have a better idea as ao how much her math skills have improved. Overall great experience this far.

My daughter feels at ease asking questions and the rewards are great motivation for her to continue to set goals and strive to achieve them.

It’s our second year at mathnasium and my son LOVES it. He’s so excited to go and learn. The reward system is motivating for him and it encourages him to do more. The staff are super friendly, nice and they all call him by name when they see him, which for a kid I think it’s extra special. Dennis gives a monthly report in great detail which provides their progress, what they have accomplished and what they are working on. The only sad part is there is no more “game hour” during the summer which my son was really looking forward to but it still did not deter him from going!

Our child has become more confident in math where before she dreaded doing simple addition and subtraction, now she is happy to tackle everyday math problems like figuring out how much money she has after she buys a treat.

My boys started the program just a month ago. They love to go and keep asking for going back. They started to gain confidence and look for different ways to solve math questions. Great program!

The hours of operation are incredible. It allows both parents and children to go anytime. Personally this is an advantage over other learning centres.

Has been such a great confidence booster for my son, the teachers have been wonderful and we have seen real progress in just 3 weeks. So glad we discovered Mathnasium.

My sons experience at Mathnasium was phenomenal. My son has been getting straight A’s in math at school but we had won a voucher for one month there and decided to give it a try. They showed me where the public school education system lacked by showing my son how numbers can be done faster mentally and efficiently. Also problem solving was broken down to make it easier to understand. Mathnasium is a One to one ratio. This system is great for kids to catch up, review or get ahead. Bec my son has so much on the go during the year (like Intense sports training) I will I def will be coming back next summer to get my son ahead.
