Initially I rang to get further information and look at booking an appointment. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful, explained the way the salon works and availability (including access to drop-in times). From the moment I stepped into the salon I was greeted with a smile and the lady on reception (whom I spoke with earlier) was just as friendly in person as she was on the phone.
Sarah, who completed my treatment was extremely professional. Again, she explained the process and continually checking to make sure I was okay, and at the end if I was happy with the results of the treatment.
The whole experience was great. From start to finish all staff were informative, professional, very warm and personable. I would recommend the salon, they are a lovely team and I had a very positive experience. I have my next appointment booked already!

Amazing serivice, love my eyebrows after years of hating them - my only comment is I think the wax was a little too hot and when applied around my eyebrows my skin was ripped off a little around the edges
