I do not like the online checkin process though because apparently you get kicked off after a while causing them to take others before you.

My 4-year-old son loves getting his hair cut there because he gets to pick a sucker afterward. The ladies are very nice and all do a great job with kids. We love our store.

The service was spectacular, my son and I went directly in for our MVP cuts. The staff was extremely professional and worked efficiently in spite of the COVID-19 standards set forth.
I recently left feedback from a previous visit (from earlier in the year.) The local SM manager -Christina contacted me and handled my issue with best practices and showed sincere concern and I felt she really valued my feedback and business. So fast forward three return visits and I have nothing but good things to say about the team. The energy in the room is positive and I feel the SM and AM are not only part of the group but they observe the customer interactions to make sure the front line experience is 5 ⭐️.
