I really like the way your assessments can spot exactly where a child's needs/levels are.
Your program then, addresses those needs while going a little back and forth to check understanding, if needed.
Not sure about other branches, but the teachers at the Motorcity Branch have been great whenever we have joined. The kids are the testament.
