It’s been a great help - what teen wants to listen to their parents? Having a degree - nope still don’t know anything LOL. Parents are meant to be parents not teachers. Our daughter still dislikes math, but she admits reluctantly that having one on one tutoring has help build her confidence and understanding of math concepts. My daughter who did not have a lot of trouble with math in elementary school found math 8 hard to grasp in the shortened semester. I didn’t know about Mathnasium until math was over but already she is feeling more confident for next year. The in class sessions are great with lots of one on one help.
