They were courteous and loving to my dog. Compliment his behavior and dig a great job getting loosened hair fully brushed away before I picked him up. They also worked quickly despite my pup not allowing them to use the dryer.

We have bringing our Aussie to Janae at the West Center location for years. He is turning 12 soon and has major issues with his legs. She treats him as if he is her own. She is so kind and will take time out of her day to make sure he gets groomed well.

My dog is always excited to go and the staff is so friendly and seem to love dogs very much!!

Great communication, awesome fur baby care and willingness to problem solve any challenges.

Hours are good except I would prefer an earlier drop off on Saturday and Sunday. However, what is most important to me is that my dogs seem to really like people there. One of my two dogs is a shy, but he really likes the staff. This wouldn't happen if they weren't good with him. I think whoever is doing the hiring seems to be finding dog lovers. I don't think that always happens with doggy daycare facilities.

Super easy to schedule everything online and my dog loves going there.

We like everything about dogtopia, spa services, events for the dogs, spa treatments and staff interactions with the dogs.

My groomer Jenia has always listened to what I want her cut cut my dogs she does a Fantastic job on both of my dogs: I used to got to your 156 th street I would always tell the check in girls and they wrote it down but it was not what I told them to tell my groomer. So my other sister goes to Jenia and did a Great job on her dogs I live nort and come south for the best groomer.

Great staff ! I never worry about if my dog is being treated well .

Love that my dogs have BFFs at playtime, that they can get their toenails clipped whenever I need to set up a time, that I can request boarding if I ever need it!

Staff is professional and kind. They take wonderful care of my dog. They are not only taking care of my dog, but they are also Aureo’s friend.

Switched a few months ago. I'm actually pretty happy with everything so far. My dogs seem to really like the employees, which is important to me because I can't know everything that happens when I drop them off. Dogtopia is more expensive than where I went before, but Dogtopia is also more consistently fully staffed, so I'm willing to pay for that.
