My dog never eats her food when she is boarded, but they were able to get her to eat by adding peanut butter.

I really liked the Meet and Greet appointment. Verifying that the dog gets along with other dogs is very important to us. I live in North Omaha and it took me 25 minutes to get there but it’s worth it. The employees appear to really like/love the dogs. The front desk person was very thorough in verifying angus’s vaccination record. But what really sold me is the extended playtime you offer. Angus is shy around strangers but he LOVES other Dogs. I know he will be tired at the end of his day and will willingly “kennel up”!!
Forgot to mention the webcam. What a wonderful addition checking in on him certainly does give us peace of mind.

I enjoyed being able to see my dogs on the webcam everyday and knowing that someone was there with them every day. I also enjoyed knowing that our dogs were being exposed to other dogs and socialized.

Dogtopia has wonderful employees that truly love dogs! I really like being able to drop my dog off for daycare and a bath at the same place!

Fergy loves coming to "school" everyday! He can't get in the building fast enough! I love the Webcam and the ease of setting up appointments on the app. A couple times, I've asked staff to let me know if he eats his lunch - they don't wait for me to pick him up. They take the time out of their day to call me! We are so appreciative of the staff at Dogtopia!

The Groomer is amazing. So caring and concerned; wanting to make sure she groomed to your liking. My last service was in the last 2-3 weeks. She was able to fit in my bully too for an oatmeal bath at last minute. Much appreciated.

Have always had a good experience and feel as though you care for our dog very well. I do wish they had slightly bigger kennels with blankets to sleep in though.

I love the way your staff loves my Jax! I know every day that I leave him, he is well taken care of and loved and that means the world to me. It’s stressful having to leave your “child” and hope they will be ok and not hurt in any way. Every day I leave him, I know he’s well taken care of. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Professional yet very accomodating.

My one year old dog, Trigger, gets so excited when I pull into the parking lot. I know he must have so much fun. He was recently boarded at Dogtopia for nine days. I was anxious to see if he would still be excited when I took him back two weeks later for daycare. He was still just as excited as ever. Everyone there is very nice and Trigger seems to love all of them! I also like the early and late hours for daycare.

We started taking our dog here a few month back and we have had nothing but great experiences. The size of their daycare rooms give our dog plenty of room to roam around and get some exercise. Having the ability to check-in on our dog using their Webcam is very comforting.

The staff was kind! The place was clean and odor free. My dog, Ellie, was well supervised and got along okay despite never having been previously in a doggy day care or boarding place.
