What I like about Merry Maids is that they strive to accommodate their customers. They always try to schedule you according to your availability. The Team (usually 2) that service my home is great. They come in hitting the ground running. They are usually done within an acceptable time. I also like the products that are used. When the Team leaves, my home looks and smells good. I have been with Merry Maids for years. I used them when I lived in Maryland and over 18+ years since I have been in North Carolina.

I appreciated the no fragrance cleaning products.
They did a great job, they cleaned our kitchen, and living room and with an additional cost they did the inside of the oven and fridge. Everything looked amazing, spotless. Only thing that was a surprise was that the freezer was not included in the additional price to clean the inside of the fridge, I think this should be specified before hand, but other than that I would highly recommend them!
Although I declutterred before your cleaner came, she made a huge difference in my house. I thought it actually looked “ok” before she got there but it was definitely so much better when she was done.
I like the consistency of the same staff coming to clean over the years. She knows our house, where things go, and it’s comforting knowing she will be the one coming week to week
