Also, I am really grateful for the work of the office lead by Keila. The communication skills and responsiveness have been a real asset. You would be stunned by the lack of simple things like appointment confirmation and notifications in other services. Our last cleaning service would never confirm our appointments, and I would reach out to them to offer to reschedule at their convenience. I know it is a hard job, and I really wanted to be accommodating, but it just got to be too much work to manage.

My house was as clean as in the past and in my brother inlaws room the bed was even made. So not sure if I expecte to much or not but my bed is always made if I don't make it. Linda makes it. So I told my brother inlaw I wasn't sure why they didn't make it. And I can't remember if you aware of the smells with my brother inlaw Clorox brother's him. And I mentioned it to Linda she did apologize but I believe you always be supplied to change it to make it right or just use the other cleaner.
