Like the consistency of having the same person do the cleaning. The work is thorough and workers are polite and responsive to reasonable requests. Cleaning products work very well, do not contain noxious fragrances. All in all the cost of service is well worth it. I am completely satisfied with Merry Maids service at my house.

As objects were moved to clean the surface they were on, they were replaced closely to where they had been before. With the previous cleaning service I used, I always had to go around and put things back where I wanted them.
Cleaners from the other company I used banged their vacuum cleaners into the baseboards repeatedly as they worked. I felt that the Merry Maids professional took care to respect my home and possessions while she worked.
Also, I appreciated that I was able to communicate special concerns and have confidence that she understood what I was saying because she spoke English.
