The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a very thorough cleaning and the house smelled clean but not overpowering because of the more eco-friendly products used.
They let us know when they will arrive. They come in and get to work. Very polite and nice to be around!

The ladies that clean are consistent each cleanining, even though they are not the same crew each time (I have a monthly service). They pay attention to details. If there is something I need them to pay extra attention to, I just point it out & they are happy to do it.
Communication with the admin staff is great. They are extremely responsive, especially David!
They use products that smell nice but are not overly intrusive.

they did a great job cleaning our rental property, very thorough and timely. i appreciated the notification emails alerting me of their upcoming visits. Paula was very responsive via emails and was always willing to work w/me on schedule changes, etc.
