All the team members that have worked in my home have been so nice, friendly, and hard working. Tanika started out as team leader for quite a while and always was training a new hire as well.
Lately, other members have taken the lead and each started out under Tanika's training. I mostly have the cleaning team do my upper floor but occasionally, when company is expected, I have them do a few rooms in the basement level. I rarely find any fault in their cleaning and am happy to tip them, either in cash or by card.
My one and only negative is that this service does seem a bit pricey, but it's so worth it to me and my former house cleaner was a single person who flaked out on me! my only other experience was when I lived in Hamilton, MO and had a cleaning lady working solo. I can't really compare her "country" rate to my new "city" rate that involves a team!
