The employees we have seen work hard.
Not everything gets cleaned, is that intentional? Do you rotate what you clean ? For example the first cleaning cuber doors were cleaned. This trip that did not happen. Not a complaint just asking! A prior cleaning no dusting occurred. This last time I requested dusting and a nice job of it was done. I want to continue monthly service.

My first cleaning company I used once, charged a very high amount for a “deep” clean. The products used were ones I’ve stayed away from as they caused streaking. The “deep” clean was far from it. I wound up recleaning the mess they left. So, I called Merry Maids. Very professional and attentive to all my needs. Tiffany and Gaby were excellent cleaners and did such a great job I didn’t need to redo anything they did. Our wood floors were actually streak free and very clean. Mirrors sparkled. Bathroom immaculate. Everything they attended to was done to my high
expectations and cleaning standards. They also are licensed, insured and bonded. Some companies are not. I now have chosen Merry Maids to do our home cleaning on a regular basis. Staff is so helpful and crew Tiffany & Gaby so friendly and helpful!!! A+++

Quality, communication and checklist keeps the process consistent and successful. They do an excellent job going through the house cleaning details with the customer prior to starting. Special requests or concerns are noted by the customer, followed and documented for future visits. They are prompt and professional.
The ladies in the office were very helpful during the initial set up process. I appreciate the punctuality of the cleaners. The products used to clean are not at all harsh smelling and the house smells great after a cleaning. The staff always does a good job of cleaning and they are always very friendly.
