The cleaning solutions they used worked well and did Not smell horrible. A very natural and short lived scent, almost unscented. I dislike artificial scents as they have proven to be neuro toxins, so this especially protects the house cleaners.

Scheduling was easy, and the cleaners did a good job. The house did not smell like chemicals at all, instead it was nice & fresh smelling. They even cleaned the windows.
On our recent cleaning, I was more than impressed with how hard the Merry Maids worked to eradicate the miscolored grout in our bathroom shower and tile countertop near the kitchen sink. The only thing I would have preferred was that the bleach be rinsed more thoroughly because our condo smelled of bleach for a good while afterwards (until I realized I needed to rinse these areas). The smell of bleach is of concern because we have a pet bird. I am extremely thankful for the great job the ladies do around our bird cage area, and their dedication to making it look spotless. They also work patiently around my cluttered craft table! As a side note, I don't know why, but they missed changing out the trash bags in two trashcans this visit only (recycle trash can in foyer, and purple trashcan next to ice machine (with the recycled mail in it). Not a big deal. Just a note.

The girls are very thorough and extremely helpful.
The folks who come to our house to clean are very friendly and respectful of our space. The products seem fine and the house doesn't smell like a hospital when the folks are gone! That's a good thing.
I really enjoy the woman that come to clean, I do feel they are hurries and miss spots. I pay a high rate for an hour and q/2 of service. The work they do do is good, fair and honest.

I was more than impressed with the service I received from Merry Maids. They were on time, and worked tirelessly for five hours on my house, bringing it up to cleanliness it hadn't seen for many years. (The chrome faucets literally sparkled!) The two girls were pleasant and I would ask for them on a regular basis.
This was my first time with any house cleaners, and I can now see now how people can depend on services like this to keep their homes in a pristine condition.

Efficient and used products that smelled nice and not a chemical smell
Latest cleaning was very good! Team member saw that I had put a sign on my stove to lift (not drag) stove top burner grate and took a picture of that to have it added to my file. She also noted my request not to have the windows in my living room cleaned since there is a film on the windows that can be damaged.
