Cleaning service is very good and dependable. I have them use some of my cleaning products however the products they use are fine.
Because I only have service once every four weeks, it's usually a different housekeeper each time, so the level of service can vary slightly.
However overall, I've been pleased with the generally high level of service with regard to how thorough and timely the housekeepers are. I like that they've gone through a specific Merry Maid training course and follow a standardized checklist. I also appreciate the "extra" feature of focusing on deep cleaning two different rooms each time, in rotation.

The workers have a great attitude and do a nice job with basic cleaning. You can also hire them for more specific in-depth cleaning jobs (such as oven-cleaning or refrigerator cleaning). We are long-time clients and very satisfied.
The products are natural! No bleach! No chemicals! And leave the house smelling wonderful.

The majority of the workers are friendly, thorough and efficient.
Excellent teams, work with a company, not an individual, so don't have to worry about scheduling, reliability, etc. Products are reasonable--not industrial strength so some cleaning is surface rather than removing tough/long-term dirt/stains. However, for biweekly cleaning, really just want the basics thoroughly covered and Merry Maids does this.
