Kelvion works with us to try to meet ship dates.
My location here is Toronto Canada. I submitted my PO, within a few hours is was processed, and I was sent confirmation by the end of the day. It shipped the very next day, and was received with no issues.
I think since your move, your customer service and turn around for product has improved 100%. I would definitely tell recommend Kelvion.
