My Merry Maids cleaner is very good overall at the cleaning of my home. I like that she uses a high powered vacuum cleaner for the floors and she has a hand powered vacuum that does a good job on the stairs and the upholstery. I can always count on her to do a thorough job and in good time.
I love how clean my floors are almot a week later! They have never been that clean before.

Reliable service
The most important thing about your services used in our home is the cleaning person that you send out to us.
We have had the same young woman for quite awhile now and really don't want anyone else.
Being given the chance to get to KNOW the person doing the cleaning is extremely important.
That doesn't happen during ONE visit. Just like meeting a stranger, it takes awhile to get to know them before a real friendship blossoms.
There needs to be continuity in the service provided in our homes. Barring any emergency,
the person assigned to a home should come at the SAME time and SAME day of the week for each scheduled cleaning. And the homeowner expects when she/he gets the confirmation call for the next day's cleaning, the ETA should ALWAYS be included. The past three times my house was cleaned by Merry Maids, I was NOT told the time and I have had to call Merry Maids to find out whether I would have to wait around for hours before her arrival or she'd be here at her normal time. That is the one thing about Merry Maids that I DON'T appreciate.

Everyone does a great job. The maids are always friendly and willing to work. The product these clean well, and don’t really have any order. I like that there’s never a chemical smell When the house is finished.

The service is good always dependable and on time. Courteous and does any added service I remind her of. Only issue is house does not have. A fresh clean smell after she is done. Might suggest using a cleaner that smells clean.

We have no problem with your products. We have new floors in the kitchen and bathrooms which are to be cleaned only with soap and warm water. We hope this is not problematic.
We do wonder if there is a sheet outlining what our service consists of...or does not. For example, dusting is obviously part of your service. However, nothing is ever moved, ex. a lamp; is there a reason for this? Fear of breakage? If the latter is the reason, that's fine. It just would be helpful to know. Thanks for all you do for us.
