House was cleaned very well. It was the initial cleaning. I did think that our ceiling fans were going to be cleaned but they weren't.
The maids were very personable. The products smelled fresh and clean.
Staff is friendly and come in and do their job. If there is an issue that you ask them to do or do something different .. no problem. Products seem to be fine.

Sometimes the lemon oli polish did not meld with the finish and tended to stay on the surface of some pieces of furniture.

The Merry Maids are efficient, on time, helpful and a pleasure to talk with. They have always done a very good job for me. I have a rather large dog, and I always feel comfortable with their interaction. I am very pleased with the ladies I have been assigned. I especially like that they are the same women who come every time unless something unavaoidable occurs. They are just so nice. I look forward to seeing them, and I am so happy with the job that they do.
