Honestly it's the people that work at the Glenshaw location. Dan is extremely accommodating and helps us with rescheduling appointments when necessary due to work, etc. For the most part, Kelly cleans our house and does a FANTASTIC job. But every woman that comes to clean is super courteous, kind and respectful. Kelly knows our schedules and always asks when our meetings are (we both work from home) so that she doesn't disturb us. All around, great experience, great customer service and great people.

Stacey was completely thorough. The bathroom, kitchen and all floors were completely clean. The chrome faucets and sinks were sparkling clean along with all parts of all the rooms. Totally recommend Merry Maids.

I can’t say enough good things about Lindsay. Regarding her work she is excellent. Cleans like I use to be able to do. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly. Regarding her personally she is such a nice person. Always so pleasant and I trust her highly.

Please see that Lindsay receives proper acknowledgement for doing such good work. It’s hard to keep such good people working for you so it’s a good idea to do what you can to keep them. Know what I mean????
