I like the team approach to Merry Maids. Rita and Sabrina do a great job. They are prompt, professional and very detail oriented. A few months ago on my cleaning day it had snowed pretty bad the night before and they showed up right on time. I know that because I was running very late to work and they showed up on time!!!!

Except for having to reschedule due to my bout of pneumonia, which made me the tardy one, Merry Maids were quick, efficient and thorough. Great job, the gals get a 10 and I would recommend Merry Maids to anyone. Thank you very much for a job well done.

We Love that feeling of having a clean house after they’ve been here. Mirrors are shined up and surfaces are clean.
Like that I don't have to do the work. They were very quiet and I liked the products they used.
Each team left without completing the jobs which were promised to have been done.
The second team finished work the first team had not done in the laundry room -- ie. washing windows inside and out.
The second team then did not have time to finish the jobs they had been assigned -- ie: vacuuming the edges of the landing upstairs (which actually was Team One's job on Sept. 10), vacuuming the balcony in 1104 and washing off the tops of the edge of the balcony in 1104.
Work which was completed was done exceptionally well. I just finished doing the rest myself. It would have been better if they had completed their jobs as contracted, however.
