Our house is always so clean and nice after being cleaned. It's a pleasure to come inside after a day's work and know everything is in order. And she has been with us for so long that she knows what I expect and goes above and beyond.

However, I'm not as happy when my Merry Maid has someone to train; it takes her longer because she has to follow behind and check up on the other person. She works much better on her own but I also understand she's the best and is the perfect person to show others how to do their job.

STAFF ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL,EFFICIENT,KNOWLEDGEABLE, & RESPONSIVE TO NEEDS. VERY ADAPTABLE TO CHANGING EVEN AT LAST MINUTE. This includes office & field staff. Mickie has helped me for years & is excellent in cleaning my home ALWAYS. I would give her a raise if I could. The cleaning products seem to be chosen carefully & never have been a problem.
