Very professional. The crew at my home worked efficiently, quietly and I felt very comfortable with them. They were friendly with my dogs. AND my home was very clean when they finished. The products are obviously amazing and they left no odor!

The teams show up with a "file" containing instructions specific to our cleaning preferences. Don't have to train every time there's a new face.

You always do a good job!

After you've been here I always notice extra things you've done for the next few days. Like "oh they cleaned the top of the fridge" or "looks like they cleaned the blinds". So for me it's the attention to detail and of course the stress lifted off me of not having to clean after working all week!

I think it's a little too early to tell as yet. The first cleaning seemed to be very well done and I am happy with it. As I said in my phone call, the only thing that "surprised me" was the lack of plastic bags in the waste baskets. Not a big deal, I just thought I'd mention it.

I appreciated that Matt, the owner of company, came on the first service visit and stayed until completed. After introducing me to his team, he consistently asked me if they were covering all my wants and needs. The team took their time and cleaned places I didn't even know existed.

They brought their own cleaning products and tools and took them with them when they left...no messes or clutter of products and everything looked and smelled wonderful.

They are a cleaning DREAM TEAM. I could not be any happier with Merry Maids and look forward to working with them in the future.
