My recent cleaners (Peggy & whoever) are great. The cleaning is excellent. Past difficulty in communications with the office is why the recommendation number is not back up to 10 (where it was six years ago). As for products and services, I do NOT want the steam cleaner. It clouds up my wood floors.

The girls were efficient, capable and compatent. They worked tirelessly and knew what they were doing. The products they used were non-toxic yet effective, especially the mirrow and light bulb clearner. They followed my instructions specifically and were patient with my questions and concerns.

I like the furniture polish. If you do not like a product, they will replace it with another one. The workers are wonderful too.

The services are organized and individualized; excellent communication with management and staff. The products are basically green and free of harsh chemicals. I am pleased and if a problem would occur I know it would be handled quickly & efficiently.
