Efficient and no chemical smell. I do, however, have a complaint. My hardwood floor downstairs is not being cleaned at a level I wish. I have a steam mop and would like the cleaners to use it. Is that possible?

Backpack Vacuum Cleaners were great and spared our floors. Cleaning products did the job.

The cleaners were excellent, hard-working and did a GREAT job.
