Loved the Service, the house was clean, however i did come home to my toilet running. Sometimes it sticks and the water was running for a few hours. There also was a light left on that is prone to fires so I think a take away for your team is to make sure the house is left in a safe state. I also am not a big fan of cinnamon smelling products. It reminds me of public bathrooms. Not sure if there is a way we can opt out of certain products?

Amanda at the office does well in communicating when cleaning issues have come up or in rearranging a cleaning date. I finally feel satisfied with Merry Maids after several months of problems and those have been resolve. I have been with Merry Maids since 2003 and I hope a very good client to work with.
