Vinny and Willow are an incredible cleaning machine team. Honestly, I am amazed at their work. I feel like I work so hard to clean my house and it's never as clean as when they're here. They're fast, friendly, and not disruptive. We're often home or in and out with small children. Bonus.. they pose the kids' stuffed animals in the cutest ways. They love to look after Merry Maids has been here. Working with the staff office on scheduling has been good through phone, email, and texting. Appreciate the flexibility. The price is the downside, but I get it. If its in your budget, the cleaning is well worth the price. Thanks!!

Our cleaning couple is very good at what they do. My hardwood floors look like new,my countertops sparkle and there is no smelly or sticky residue. My home is clean and smells fresh. Bathrooms are exceptionally clean and my kitchen appliances shine like new. I would highly recommend Merry Maids.

Kathy and her team did a very good job cleaning my brother's apartment and taking care of his laundry. However, there was some confusion on the pricing, I thought that initially, in the original quote the laundry was included, as Kathy was going to take everything to a laundrymat. She then decided to take all the laundry to a cleaners (without checking with me first). This added an additional $282 to the bill. Since I was very grateful that she completed the job, and I am in CA and my brother's apartment is in O'Fallon, IL, I did not want to make a fuss, I just paid the bill.
