High and low impact classes with amazing instructors. I am used to yoga with no heat and although these classes are heated it is not as hot as bikram. Havent tried the core sculpt yet but certainly will in the future.

I adore corepower. The various classes have made a noticeable change in everything from my mood to my day to Day life to my physical strength. I totally fell in love with the space and the teachers, the nurturing and positive environment is bar none. I wish NYC was the same price as the majority of other studios as unfortunately I don’t know how I’m going to be able to keep up regular classes with the premium price. That’s the only real critique everything else is incredible

The staff at the Williamsburg location are very friendly. I did not give this location a 10 because the studios are small and can get very crowded

I love everything about core power yoga. I love the class offerings and the available schedules. I also love the clean facility and the rooms are cleaned after each session. I also love that there are accessible lockers showers changing rooms everything that you could need before and after a session is made available to you. I can’t imagine there being a better more suitable yoga facility around

Classes are dynamic. Some of the teachers are inspiring and kind.
