The Saturday 1230 sub teacher was wonderful! I like the dark and warm/hot room with low purple lights too. It would be great if there were additional lockers available as they were all taken. Love Corepower. Thanks for asking.

I love Corepower, but the amenities need to be managed. I have been in class for 4 weeks now and there are no mat cleaning wipes. I feel that this should be included in class prices considering how much it costs. Similarly, I notice the rooms occasionally smell poor

The workout is great! I love being able to switch between the different workouts throughout the week. I have gotten so strong and it is the best stress reliever.

I love yoga sculpt at CorePower! I go twice a week. I will say it ruins the experience when they over book yoga sculpt. I pay a lot of money to come here and when I’m an inch away from other people on both sides and can’t do my full workout because I’m kicking someone or getting kicked, it makes me want to leave the class early. Some instructors I love but some make snarky rude comments and I know not to book with them again.
My instructor was so enthusiastic & upbeat. She kept us moving with great music, lots of shout outs to us for working hard, clapping & encouraging us to have fun while we worked hard! The class flew by because it was so fun, but we got a good hard workout in!!
