Did my first class 08/22/2021 and today 08/24/2021 was my second. I loved it after my first class and can’t wait to get to the next session! Love the atmosphere and coaches here. If you’re thinking about taking a class I would highly recommend to just pull the trigger and get in a class!

The staff and members are incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility is fantastic and the number of class options makes it easy to find a time that works, no matter your schedule!

The kids programs are so well run, with awesome knowledgeable instructors.
The focus on the fundamental skills is very good, but the inclusion of "mat chats" with topics ranging from personal hygeine to self discipline kind of put it over the top.
Adult classes have excellent instructors.
