Awesome and friendly atmosphere
I really like the enthusiasm, attention to detail, and safety mindedness that all the coaches bring to the classes. The class format slow everyone to learn a new technique each week and put it into practice. Front end staff is very friendly and helpful. Even with packed classes there is enough mat space. I like that all classes now line up together and the professors deliver a message to think about each week. The only thing I would change would be to stay the intermediate classes a few minutes later so there's time to change out into no gi before it starts. Some gyms offer Jiu Jitsu with striking included which would be a cool way to offer a more self-defense / MMA approach for the upper belts.
