Consistency and quality.
The one thing I don't like is that you don't use bleach and I have several spots that need a bleach product such as Soft Scrub to get rid of mildew areas. I have to do this myself every 2 weeks to get rid of the mildew before it gets out of hand.
After a long day of football with our 6 kids we came home to a clean house and it was the best feeling in the world.

Merry Maids has always been flexible about my cleaning schedule, since I travel a good deal; have always been prompt and forthright about all of the (very) few issues that have come up in a relationship of a dozen years.
