The owner, Chad, is a real professional, and knows the importance of serving the customer, as well as taking care of his employees so that they are happy, and do a good job. My cleaner, Megan, is a great cleaner, and is very thoughtful and attentive. She does things that I don't ask for, and when I do ask for things to be done, she doesn't complain, and does them with grace. Megan likes her job, she says, and it shows, because she takes pride in it, because my place is so much cleaner than when she arrives. I'm glad to have Merry Maids as my cleaning service. They have been great. Joanne, in the office, is great, too, as she is on top of all matters relating to the schedule, and the cleaners. She is very friendly and polite. I would recommend Merry Maids to anyone. Thank you.

I appreciate that whenever I need to have extra things done, like having a lightbulb changed that Merry Maids is willing to help. Having a physical disability makes it hard to do things like that and often I cannot find help from a neighbor.

Also, I appreciated the latest suggestion from Chad how I can clean out and get rid of burn scent odors from my microwave.

They did a great job. I am not sure on the products they used but what ever they are the made my house smell fresh and clean.

I called very late for a Holiday cleaning after having surgery. Chad did a great job of adding me to the schedule and came out to make sure we were on the same page in terms of cleaning requirements. Even though one of his employees was out the day of my cleaning, the work was completed as promised and the cleaning was well done. Kirston did a great job!
