Freshness after cleaning. Nice scent when vacuuming. Some of the cleaning staff are not thorough and don't clean everything. That's why I request Carol or her sister Lisa or Shonda. It's better to have the same person each time - scheduling should allow for customers to have same person each time. Thank you.
