I like that it has been the same person every time so far that has come to the house and she does a thorough job in cleaning. Furthermore, she is open to me discussing with her areas that I may want her to focus more on which makes the process more comfortable for me as it can sometimes be hard to initiate this type of discussion without that component. She has also been very nice which I greatly appreciate. When she leaves, the house is so clean and feels so good. Thank you!

I really like the professionalism of the workers. The attention to detail and how when the cleaning is done how fresh the house smells.

During a time of uncertainty, and for me personally, a time of vulnerability, my merry maid Melissa came through with professionalism and extreme kindness. Melissa explained her cleaning process and carefully went over cleaning products. Very efficient, thorough and personable.
When using again I will request her personally or hope to get someone who equals her work ethic. I appreciate her for doing what she did/does.
The front office(Rachel and jennifer) were also helpful and patient when it came to explaining policies and procedures.

How efficient and quick you are to clean my house. Everyone that we have been very sweet and nice. It always smells so fresh and clean when walking in the door after a cleaning. The products are safe for our pets and that's very comforting to know they won't be harmed by anything being used.
