Merry Maids are consistent and prompt. They have great communication skills letting me know what time they will arrive and when they are on their way. During a brief winter storm, they were scheduled to clean but was unable to make it. The office quickly called and rescheduled for the next day. They do a great job cleaning for my elderly parents and accommodate my request to have a particular cleaning person so my parents will have someone familiar in their home every other week. I appreciate Merry Maids very much!
