On the last cleaning, the kitchen floor wasn't completely cleaned and there were children's handprints on the door frame.
I do not like using too much water on the wooden floor and other hard surface, that caused too slippery and we had minor accidents twice.
If you have to use wet detergent, it should be wiped out immediately to prevent accident.

It is nice you have your own products that you have tested and feel do the best job. Our spaces are always cleaned well. I like the fact that my cleaning is always done on the stated day----no delays due to illness, etc.
I like that you do not use harsh chemical agents to clean. The house always looks great. I love coming home after work to a clean house!
I was pleased with the work for the most part. I felt two maids coming out for initial cleaning would have been helpful, a few thing weren't done but Brandie did a great job. I was very please with the cleaning products, the clean I smelled when I walked into the house.

The entire experience was more than satisfactory. The young woman who did the cleaning was very thorough, as well as personable. The products used were very effective in making our home sparkling and fresh. We are so pleased to have found out about Merry Maids and we are looking forward to our next service date.
The level of cleanliness when they are complete. There still is some room for improvement but it can be done through discussions with the Maids.
