Service can take place while I'm at work

They are very reliable in showing up on the days and time they schedule.

My expectations were met. They weren't exceeded, but my expectations are high, so that was a good thing. I prefer natural products and in future maintenance cleanings I will request the cleaning team use the products that I know are safe, but the first cleaning had to deal with a lot of neglect so I knew the natural stuff wouldn't cut it.

Crew always shows up when they say they are coming. My only complaint would be showing up too early. It is tough to speak with customers on the phone when a vaccuum is running. We prefer later in the day.

The Merry Maids staff has been efficient in responding to my requests during their working
