The services cannot be beat. Every cleaning team has been thorough and open to "special " cleaning requests. The cleaning products are good. They do the job pretty well. There are times when I wish the cleaners would use a little more elbow grease on tougher stains. The ones I can remove with scouring powder and some scrubbing.

Products used for cleaning work great. Cleaning ladies do a good job. Occasionally something gets missed. They are friendly and trustworthy.

Latest cleaning was very good! Team member saw that I had put a sign on my stove to lift (not drag) stove top burner grate and took a picture of that to have it added to my file. She also noted my request not to have the windows in my living room cleaned since there is a film on the windows that can be damaged.
