Ed, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure all services were done thoroughly. First time around, the deep cleaning and window washing were not done to our satisfaction. However, Ed stepped in to make sure it was all done right (he even helped clean the windows). All personal were extremely polite and professional.
I am very pleased with the service that I receive and the products that are used. I prefer to use the same two persons because I have come to know them and respect them as a team. If at some point in the future it would be possible to get my team back, I would be extremely happy. Name removed

On the plus side, the maids are prompt, efficient and do an excellent job of cleaning the house. I do wish that they would be a bit more careful when replacing objects such as knick-knacks and small appliances. Some of the objects are quite valuable and often replaced in a haphazard way. Otherwise, AA++!
