Have had Merry Maids team clean house a few times now and apart from a couple of occasions I have been impressed. A couple of times I noticed some relatively minor issues that were not up to the usual high standards expected. I relayed concerns to the Merry Maids Office Manager - Tamara who was exceptionally efficient and professional. The next day Tamara took notes diligently so that the issues could be addressed with staff with a plan to preventing a recurrence. Despite feeling uncomfortable discussing my complaints she soon put me at ease, was open, fair and friendly. Above all she was committed to high standards and improvement if/when needed. In an awkward situation she was a pleasure to deal with. I will gladly have Merry Maids clean my house again at a future date.
