I like that the ladies are very quick and focused, and can get so much done in a short period of time! Sometimes they forget a space or an area, but they are not defensive if I say something about it, they just get the job done.

I was initially interested in hiring Merry Maids because they are a reputable company with an A+ rating through the BBB. I was trying to arrange a 'move-out' clean up from out-of-state but quickly discovered that there were no Merry Maid offices in the county where the house was located. However, Merry Maids put me in contact with their closest office and I was relieved to hear that they would be willing to travel a bit (i.e., 30 minutes) to help me out. Customer service was super friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They kept me updated throughout the project as well as afterwards to make sure that everything was done as needed. Cost was reasonable, they were flexible with the dates I gave them and worked the job in quickly, they arrived when they said they would, and they kept at it until the entire house was spic-and-span. You guys rock! Thank you, Merry Maids! I plan to use you again.

I have asthma,therefore, I am allergic to dust. In that aspect, I am very pleased with the dusting they provide. I also have hardwood floors which Merry Maids does a great job as well. I called the service because I was a renter and I was moving out of my home along with several roommates. There were varying degrees of cleanliness among us so the house was pretty messy. The service warned me they were running late but did such an amazing job, it wasn't a problem. My house smelt and looked beautiful. The attention to detail shown and the overall result had my roommates and myself feeling like the money we paid was worth every penny. I highly recommend and am extemely satisfied! Thank you!

Two people come in and they have their assigned duties already planned and they start working. If one needs help the other of course will help, but that rarely happens because they are so efficient. If you want something done a certain way, all you have to do is tell them or show them and you never have to mention it again. They are extremely professional, easy to get along with. They come in do there job and do it well. They clean a lot more than I ever imagined. This is the first time I ever had a maid and because they are so quick and efficient I have gone behind them just to see how good they did and it was a complete waste of my time. When they clean they clean and do a wonderful job. I would not trade the two ladies I have for anything. I am pleased and proud of them.

Odorless, they are fast and for just general cleaning like you would get in a motel. We have there least eensive plan.

The friendly, personal, customized service that meets the specific needs of my grandparents' home. Additionally, the ladies are fast and courteous. Being an asthmatic, I appreciate that the products have a very low, unobtrusive but refreshing fragrance. I especially like the cinnamon based scent.
