I think the women have been doing a great job since the last time you asked for feedback. They're taking the time to personalize their service and doing a fine job of it. Because I grew up with a single working mom and I have been one until recently, I have always enlisted cleaning help. Once we have been working together for a period of time, I like to think they understand our needs and desires as to what we consider "clean". I know I am hard to please in this area, but after the prior feedback, they have risen to the challenge and I appreciate it very, very much.

I want to commend the two ladies (Marife and Ginger) who clean our house. We have cats and inevitably bits of cat food or cat litter get stuck to the wainscoting in our laundry room. The wainscoting is always spotless when they leave.
