Like any business, communication is a key part of customer satisfaction. Merry Maids staff keeps us aware of changes in scheduling, live tracking on arrival times, asks for specific areas of attention in their scheduled cleaning, etc. we never feel like we don’t know what to expect. These ladies are A+ in my book

LaTonyna cleans my house from top to bottom. She is an asset to your company, I hope y’all know this. Jess is just as big of an asset as LaTonya. They both doe an amazing job! They were doing a deep clean this time and was instructed to leave at a certain time so they weren’t able to finish. Everything they did looks and smells absolutely amazing!!!!!
