Kayla, doing ALL the work by HERSELF with ZERO help did an EXCEPTIONAL job. If the regional manager is reading this take note: Do whatever you need to do to keep her happy. This woman deserves a pay raise and recognition. She cleaned my 3 bedroom home and did an exceptional job to the point my landlord had asked me if I even lived at the home the past 2.5 years! I would recommend MM to anyone in the Decatur area. Make sure you ask for Kayla as she is top notch and takes pride in her work. Something that is a lost art in 2025.

It is easy and efficient way to get your house cleaned in one day. I love the people who come and visit my house, and do my cleaning, and play with my cat. When I offer to put the cat in the bedroom and close the door, they assure me that it is no problem. They seem to work with the cat, which makes my life so less stressful.
Also, they are mindful of the fact that I cannot stand any chemicals, so they clean very well with non toxic scents. I am grateful. The people are kind and courteous, and do exactly as asked without any complaining. They all act like it is their pleasure to do what I ask.
I would gladly recommend Merry Maids to anyone who needs a fast and easy way to get the house cleaned.
