Merry Maids did an excellent job on my 2 story home move out clean. They have an itemized list of their services so you know what is being cleaned without guessing. After completion they have a person come to back to verify the quality of their work to ensure it meets their cleanliness standards, which is helpful if you are out of town. Excellent job cleaning my mom's home and friendly staff. They have provided services for my mom for the past 5 years. Love the consistency and transparency in communication in reminders the day prior to service being provided as well as alerts when staff is on the way. You can even track where they are in the event you are away and need to get there prior to arrival. Love the service.

I hate getting feedback requests. I hate getting texts repeatedly at 10:42 pm asking for feedback. That is too late to be texting anyone unless it’s a very good friend whom you know is still up, or an emergency. Stop with the texts.

I am very happy with Lavonia and Aileen and the other ladies who occasionally come. I’m very happy with the job they do. I am very UNHAPPY with the constant requests for feedback. Please STOP. If I have a complaint (unlikely) I will call directly.
