The Merry Maids did a great cleaning service this last time --- even better than they had done in several other recent times. Everything seemed to be done so thoroughly and precisely the way it should be done in accordance with the fine reputation usually enjoyed by the Merry Maids Co.

The two ladies who usually service my house brought a third Merry Maid who was in training. Perhaps this helped them to use and demonstrate strict cleaning methods and to teach the new lady the rules to follow. The new MM got some good training!

Merry Maids is a very professional and honest company. Merry Maids has cleaned my home on a biweekly base since 2012 and I have no complaints.

I like being able to have the same ladies each time, as once they know how I like things done, they are very eager and willing to follow through without my having to repeat my requests. The Merry Maids are very quick to learn what I appreciate and they work diligently and efficiently. I don't think I have ever asked them to do something that they do not know how to do very well. The two ladies who come to my house are always very pleasant and work without a lot of fanfare. I like the products used by the Merry Maids. It is nice not to have to keep a store of cleaning products on hand myself, as they furnish it all. I must add that I enjoy the office manager who very considerately helps me decide on schedules that are most convenient for me. She is most willing to help make things easier for me, and I appreciate this sincerely.
