Great Team Great Service the staff is always friendly and attends to all of my hair needs.
But unfortunately, the shop is in need of maintenance and repair:
1. Large TV in waiting area going out.
2. Only one of the massage chairs in the shower area is working.
3. Many of the hand-held massagers are not holding charge and are unusable.
4. There are stained ceiling tiles in the shower area. Couldn't help but to notice while getting a wash and looking up.
The franchise owner needs to invest in the shop's appearance and maintenance. Curb appeal is everything.....

Went to this store for the first time recently and I have to say I’d go back again. Naomi did a fantastic job with my hair and her customer service school were just as great! Very clean place.
I’m a Sport Cips since 2017 and I can say the service on Riverview is a 10/10. You guys have one of the best staff members on all the Sport Clips I visit in my 8 years like a client. Stefanie is the best of the best, she is really work with dedication and excellent positive vibe. Perfection is her second name. If you want to use and staff member to represent what all the sport clips wants for an excellent worker profile she is the perfect example.
The process is easy to work with to get checked in. All of the girls do a great job and a very friendly. Using the app makes things much easier so you know when to leave if there is a lot of people in line.
