First and foremost, the "10" rating is solely because of Michelle G., not because of the company or franchise itself. She does an amazing job and you folks are taking advantage of store managers like her. Your prices are expensive, but Michelle is the reason I continue to be a patron. Quit screwing your longer tenured employees over, because I can sense things have changed with her and it's impacting her negatively.
