I appreciate the fact that my preferences are kept in your computer. I do change it up occasionally but usually get the same cut, a simple buzz it off and then I let it grow out again. LOL. Your stylists are all very friendly and outgoing.

I like that you can check in over the app and I rarely have to wait before being seated for my cut. And when I do have to wait, the wait is minimal. I like the cuts, the heated towels, the shampoo, and the shoulder massage. I really can't think of anything negative to say at all.
