Merry Maids work very quickly and quietly. Do a good job in bathrooms. Wish cabinets could be cleaned better on the outsides. Finger marks on doors are sometimes neglected. All in all a pretty good job.

I like the way Paula and/or Amanda clean. They are professional and do a nice job.

I like having the same maid each time she visits. I don't have to explain things to her she knows exactly what to do and does it well. The only product I am aware of is the lemon oil which I requested be used on my wood furniture. Also, whatever is used it leaves a cinnamin fragrance throughout the house. It is nice. Not sure what is used to clean the bathroom and kitchen. Emily is a delight. I am very happy with her work. She is pleasant, friendly and conscientious.

I wish I called a long time ago. Just knowing my bathrooms will be cleaned makes me so happy. My arthritis in my back made me cry when I cleaned them. When Rosa rings the doorbell I get so excited! To see her and having clean bathrooms. Afterwards, the bathrooms are so clean and shine and smells so clean!

I am a long time customer of Merry Maids! I highly recommend this company. It starts with the friendly phone call reminder of when the team will arrive at my home...to the professional cleaning service I receive when they leave my home smelling and looking beautiful! The little professional touches such as the gold seal on the toilet paper to the little card left on my table.

I can rely on Merry Maids to be there each and every cleaning service. The team is friendly and listens attentively to any and all of my needs and concerns of the house. They treat my home with love and care. I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness of being sensitive to my pet in the house.

We contracted with Merry Maids to provided service on three days during the week that our regular porter was on vacation. They arrived on time during window that had been provided the day before by the office. They had all of the equipment they needed, except paper products for bathrooms (we agreed to provide those items). They went about their work in a methodic and considerate manner. They asked questions where appropriate and advised of any issues they came across as the cleaned their way through the building. A great experience with all involved from the office to the staff who actually cleaned the building. Thank you Merry Maids! I look forward to working with you again in the future.

We loved how thorough your girls were and especially how friendly. We wouldn't feel comfortable with someone in our home that was unhappy with what they were doing. All of the regular crews do a great job. Sometimes I think I have to explain too much to the non-regulars - those who come here only rarely, or it's their first time. These things should be in the notes, or the new teams should read them more thoroughly. However, on the credit side, this has improved in the last year - even the new people seem to be better briefed on my little quirks and idiosyncrasies.

First time using your service. The women were pleasant and clean. The house looks better than I have done!
